Terms of service

By buying from our store or using WinHub ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. What you're buying

  • Monthly: a license key giving 30 days of access. It is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Buy again when it runs out.
  • Lifetime: a license key with no expiry, valid for as long as the Service is operated. It is not tied to any particular game or script.
  • Keys are delivered by email after payment and shown in your account under Manage Purchases.

3. License and use

  • Your key is personal and non-transferable. It is locked to one device (HWID). You can reset your HWID yourself in the #get-script channel of our Discord, or open a ticket for staff to reset it.
  • You may not share, resell, sublicense, crack, decompile, modify or redistribute the Service or any key.
  • Other scripts or tools running at the same time can cause detections or problems. That is your responsibility.

4. Your risk

The Service interacts with third-party games that we don't own or control. Using scripts may break those games' or platforms' terms and can lead to action against your account, including bans. You accept that risk, and we're not responsible for action taken against your game or platform accounts.

5. Availability and updates

Game updates can break features without notice. We work to restore them quickly, but we don't guarantee that any script, game or feature will always be available. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time.

6. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Termination and blacklisting

We may suspend or permanently revoke keys, without refund, for:

  • sharing or reselling keys or accounts;
  • leaking, cracking or tampering with the Service;
  • chargebacks or payment disputes;
  • advertising other hubs;
  • harassment of staff or users;
  • any other breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the key in question, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of game accounts, items or progress.

10. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Where our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the Service again or refunding what you paid.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
